Solution

n = 500 turns/m, i = 1 A, $μ_{r} = 500$
Magnetic field strength $(H) = n i = 500 \times i = 500 A / m$
As $μ_{r} = 1 + χ,$ magnetic susceptibility $K = μ_{r - 1} = 500 - 1 = 499$
$∴$ Magnetization $I = χ H = 499 \times 500 A m^{- 1} = 2.5 \times 10^{5} A m^{- 1}$
