Here $I = \frac{Power}{Area} = \frac{200 π}{2 π (10)^{2}} = 1 W / m^{2}$
Further $L = 10 \log_{10} \frac{I}{I_{0}}$
$= 10 l o g_{10} (\frac{1}{10^{- 12}}) = 10 l o g_{10} (10^{12}) = 120 d b$
