Solution

$ϕ_{Total} = \frac{q_{enclosed}}{ε_{0}}$
Dipole have equal and opposite charge, so net charge inside the sphere will be zero $(q_{enclosed} = 0)$
$ϕ_{Total} = \frac{0}{ε_{0}} = 0$
