Detailed Solution
If current is increased or If loop is moved toward the wire , the magnetic filed through loop increases, which increases the flux.As per Lenz rule, this increase in flux is opposed by direction of induced current. Induced current in loop will be anticlockwise and wire will repel the loop.If current is decreased or If loop is moved away from the wire , the magnetic filed through loop decreases, which decreases the flux.As per Lenz rule, this decrease in flux is opposed by direction of induced current. Induced current in loop will be clockwise and wire will attract the loop.
