Solution

$A = (0.1)^{2} = 0.01 m^{2}$
$η = 0.01 Poise = 0.001$ decapoise (M.K.S. unit),
$dv = 0.1 {ms}^{- 1} and F = 0.002 N$
$F = η A \frac{d v}{d x}$
$∴ Δx = \frac{ηAΔv}{F} = \frac{0 .001 \times 0 .01 \times 0 .1}{0 .002} = 0$
