detailed solution

Correct option is D

The current in the wire produces a magnetic field which produces magnetic flux through the square loop. Since current does not change with time, magnetic field (and hence the magnetic flux) does not change with time. Hence no emf (and hence no current) is induced in the loop. So the correct choice is (d).
