In steady state find the current through branch containing  the ideal inductor and voltage across capacitor.

at steady state inductor will be a conductor of zero resistance. so both the resistances of 2R will be short circuited  and total resistance of the circuit will be 2R and current is E2R  potential across the capacitance is iR i.e, E2
