Solution

$\begin{array}{l} \frac{λ}{2} = \frac{l}{3} \\ \Rightarrow λ = \frac{2 l}{3} = \frac{2 \times 120}{3} cm = 0 .8 m \\ ∴ V = fλ = 30 \times 0 .8 m / s = 24 m / s \end{array}$
