Solution

$θ = \frac{AB}{10^{11}} = \frac{A^{'} B^{'}}{2} \Rightarrow A^{'} B^{'} = \frac{2 \times 1 .4 \times 10^{9}}{10^{11}} = 2 .8 cm$
