$1 \to 4 \to \times 10^{5} \to \pm 5 %$
$= 14 \times 10^{5} \times (1 \pm \frac{5}{100}) Ω$
$= (1.4 \pm 0.07) 10^{6} Ω$
$= (1.4 \pm 0.07) M Ω$
