Here, $C = \frac{ε_{0} A}{d} and C^{'} = \frac{{Kε}_{0} A}{2 d}$
$∴ \frac{C^{'}}{C} = \frac{K}{2} or \frac{2}{1} = \frac{K}{2} or K = 4$
