Given, $l = 21.7 cm, r = 0.46 mm = 0.046 cm$
Volume of wire $V = π r^{2} l$
$= \frac{22}{7} (0.046)^{2} (21.7) = 0.1443 {cm}^{3} = 0.14 {cm}^{3}$
