Solution

We know
Potential $V = \frac{k Q}{R} ..... (1)$
From diagram
$V_{A} = \frac{k Q}{R} + k \frac{2 Q}{2 R} + k \frac{8 Q}{4 R} = \frac{4 k Q}{R} Here k = \frac{1}{4 π ε_{0}}$
Therefore, the correct answer is (B).
