Force $F = (P_{1} - P_{2}) A = \frac{1}{2} ρA (V_{2}^{2} - V_{1}^{2}) F = \frac{1}{2} \times 1.3 \times 10 [{(140)}^{2} - {(110)}^{2}] F = 48750 N$
