As  E=12mw2A2, mass of oscillator=m, angular velocity=w, Amplitude=A
E=12mT2A2-----(1)
As new time period  T1=2T, new amplitude  A1=3A, substitute in new energy E1
E1=12m2π2T2×(3A)2

E1=12m×14T2×9A2------(2)
From (1) and (2),  E1=94E
