Mass of the train
$= 10^{7} / 10 k g = 10^{6} k g = 10^{4} quintal F r i c t i o n = 0.5 k g f p e r q u i n t a l = 10^{4} \times 0 .5 k g f = 10^{4} \times 0 .5 \times 10 N = 5 \times 10^{4} N velocity = 36 k m / h = 10 m / s ∴ Power = F \times V = (5 \times 10^{4}) \times (10) W = 500 k W$
