$F o r o u t p u t s i d e, I_{C} = \frac{V_{C}}{R} \Rightarrow I_{C} = \frac{1}{1000} = 1 m A$
$C u r r e n t G a i n : β = \frac{I_{C}}{I_{B}} \Rightarrow I_{B} = \frac{I_{C}}{β} = \frac{1 m A}{45}$
