$I = \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{1.26 \times 10^{- 4} \times 1.26 \times 10^{- 4}}{1.26 \times 10^{- 6}} \times 3 \times 10^{8}$

$I = 1.89 \times 10^{6} W / m^{2}$
