$\frac{d i}{d t} = 1000 π \cos 100 π t A / s \Rightarrow {(\frac{d i}{dt})}_{\max} = 1000 π A / s$
$∴ ε_{\max} = L {(\frac{di}{dt})}_{\max} = 5 \times 10^{- 3} \times 1000 π volt = 5 π volt .$
