F=kQ1+Q222r22=kQ1+Q22r2

 It is given that F'=4.5F  kQ1+Q22r2=4.5kQ1Q2r2

 Q1+Q22=4.5Q1Q2.  Let say Q1Q2=x  x+12=4.5x 2x2-5x+2=0 x=2 or 12 Q1Q2=21 .
