$\begin{array}{l} Y \propto weight applied \\ ∴ \frac{Y_{1}}{Y_{2}} = \frac{W_{1}}{W_{2}} \Rightarrow \frac{W_{1}}{W_{2}} = \frac{3}{1} \end{array}$
