Solution

We know force between dipoles is    $F = \frac{μ_{0}}{4 π} \frac{m_{1} m_{2}}{d^{2}}, m_{1} = m, m_{2} = 3 m$
   $\Rightarrow 3 \times 10^{- 3} = \frac{4 π \times 10^{- 7}}{4 π} \frac{3 m^{2}}{10^{- 2}} \Rightarrow m^{2} = 10^{2}$
   $\Rightarrow m = 10 A m, ∴ m_{1} = 10 A m a n d m_{2} = 30 A m$
