$v_{T} = \frac{2 r^{2}}{9 η} (δ - σ) g \Rightarrow v_{T} \infty r^{2} \Rightarrow \frac{v_{B}}{v_{A}} = \frac{r_{B}^{2}}{r_{A}^{2}} = {(\frac{2}{1})}^{2} = 4$
