Solution

Electric force, $F_{e} = \frac{1}{4 π ε_{o}} \frac{q_{1} q_{2}}{r^{2}} = \frac{1}{4 π ε_{o}} \frac{q^{2}}{r^{2}} .............. (1)$
Magnetic force, $F_{m} = q V B = q V (\frac{μ_{o}}{4 π} \frac{V q}{r^{2}}) ................. (2)$
$\frac{(1)}{(2)} g i v e s, \frac{F_{e}}{F_{m}} = \frac{C^{2}}{V^{2}} (∵ C^{2} = \frac{1}{μ_{o} ε_{0}})$
