Solution

In steady state, $\frac{2 K . A . (100 - θ)}{l} = \frac{3 K . A . (θ - 20)}{2 l}$
$\Rightarrow 4 (100 - θ) = 3 (θ - 20) \Rightarrow θ = 65 .7^{0} C$
