When the moments are along the line joining their centres.
$F o r c e b e t w e e n m a g n e t s = F = \frac{μ_{0}}{4 π} \frac{6 M_{1} M_{2}}{r^{4}} \Rightarrow F = \frac{10^{- 7} \times 6 \times 10 \times 10}{(0.1)^{4}} = 0.6 N$
