$= \frac{(4 {πR}_{1}^{3} / 3) s_{1} d}{(4 {πR}_{2}^{3} / 3) s_{2} d} = {(\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}})}^{3} (\frac{s_{1}}{s_{2}}) = {(\frac{2}{3})}^{3} (\frac{3}{2}) = 4 : 9$
