Solution

We know that $R = \frac{KAΔT}{d} t$
Here $A, ΔT, d and Q$ are same. hence $K_{1} t_{1} = K_{2} t_{2}$
$∴ \frac{K_{1}}{K_{2}} = \frac{t_{2}}{t_{1}} = \frac{35}{20} = \frac{7}{4}$
