$\Rightarrow \frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} = \frac{\cos^{2} (ϕ_{1} / 2)}{\cos^{2} (ϕ_{2} / 2)} = \frac{\cos^{2} 0}{\cos^{2} (90 / 2)} = \frac{2}{1}$
