Solution

Stress developed in the rods will be the same.
Extension $δ = \frac{F . l}{AY} \Rightarrow δ \propto l$ . So (1) is correct.
Also, strain = $\frac{stress}{Young' s modulus}$ . So, (3) is also correct.
Hence option-(4) is correct.
