$ρ_{w} (l - h) = ρ_{O} \cdot l$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ρ_{O}}{ρ_{w}} = (\frac{l - h}{l}) = (1 - \frac{h}{l}) = (1 - \frac{2}{8}) = 0.75$
