Energy of photon is given by $m c^{2}$ now the maximum energy of photon is equal to the maximum energy of electron = eV.
$m c^{2} e v \Rightarrow m = \frac{e V}{c^{2}} = \frac{1.6 \times 10^{- 19} \times 18 \times 10^{3}}{{(3 \times 10^{8})}^{2}} = 3.2 x 10^{- 32} k g$
