$F o r N e g a t i v e f e e d b a c k l o o p, A^{1} = \frac{A}{1 + β A} w h e r e β = \frac{7}{100} = 0.07 and A^{1} = 9$
$\Rightarrow 9 = \frac{A}{1 + 0.07 A} \Rightarrow 9 + 0.63 A = A \Rightarrow 0.37 A = 9$
$\Rightarrow A = \frac{9}{0.37} = 24.32$
