We know that
$V = \frac{{πPr}^{4}}{8 ηl} = \frac{π (ΔP) (d / 2)^{4}}{8 ηl} = \frac{π (ΔP) d^{4}}{128 ηl} In second case, V_{1} = \frac{π (ΔP) (d / 4)^{4}}{8 η \times (2 l)} = \frac{1}{32} V with four tubes, that volume of liquid flowing = 4 \times \frac{V}{32} = \frac{V}{8}$
