Solution

$ΔE = \frac{1}{2} {mv}_{1}^{2} - \frac{1}{2} {mv}_{2}^{2} ∴ ΔE = \frac{1}{2} \times (2 \times 10^{3}) [(700)^{2} - (400)^{2}] = 9 \times 10^{7} joule Output power = (9 \times 10^{7}) \times (75 / 100) = 5 \cdot 75 \times 10^{7} W$
