Solution

$h = \frac{2 σcos θ}{rρg} or r = \frac{2 σcos θ}{hρg}$
or $r = \frac{2 \times 75 \times 10^{- 3} \times \cos 0 °}{3 \times 10^{- 2} \times 10^{3} \times 10} = 0.5 mm$
