$T E = P E \Rightarrow \frac{- G M m}{2 (R + h')} = \frac{- G M m}{h + R} (∵ T E = \frac{- G M m}{2 r}, P E = \frac{- G M m}{r} w h e r e r = R + h) \Rightarrow \frac{1}{2 (R + h')} = \frac{1}{2 R + R} \Rightarrow 3 R = 2 R + 2 h' \Rightarrow R = 2 h' \Rightarrow h' = \frac{R}{2}$
