$\begin{array}{l} n \frac{4}{3} {πr}^{3} = \frac{4}{3} {πR}^{3} \Rightarrow 1000 r^{3} = R^{3} \Rightarrow R = 10 r ∴ \frac{r}{R} = \frac{1}{10} \\ \frac{surface energy of one small drop}{surface energy of one big drop} = \frac{4 {πr}^{2} T}{4 {πR}^{2} T} = \frac{1}{100} \end{array}$
