The wheat stone bridge shown in fig here gets balanced when the carbon resistor used as $R_{1}$ has the colour code (Red,Yellow , Brown). The resistors $R_{2}$ and $R_{4}$ are $80 Ω$ and $40 Ω$ respectively. Assuming the colour code for the carbon resistors gives their accurate values the colour code for the carbon resistor used as $R_{3}$ would be

$R_{1} = 24 \times 10 = 240 Ω$
$F o r w h e a t s t o n e b r i d g e, \frac{R_{1}}{R_{3}} = \frac{R_{2}}{R_{4}} \Rightarrow \frac{240}{R_{3}} = \frac{80}{40} \Rightarrow R_{3} = 120 Ω$
