The velocity of centre of mass of a body rolling without slipping is given by
$V_{cm} = Rω$
Velocity of point A $V_{A} = V_{cm} + Rω$
$= V_{cm} + V_{cm} = 2 V_{cm}$
Velocity of point B, $v_{B} = v_{cm} - Rω$
$= v_{cm} - v_{cm} = 0$
