Solution

From $τ = Iα and ω = ω_{0} + αt where ω_{0} = \frac{60 \times 2 π}{60} = 2 πrad / s$
We have $τ = I (\frac{ω_{0}}{t}) = 2 (\frac{2 π}{60}) = \frac{π}{15} N - m$
