Solution

At release,
$W_{efft}$ = (mg –buoyant force) = ma
$Viscous force at maximum velocity W_{eff} = F_{v} \frac{2}{3} W_{eff} is the viscoous force when velocity is \frac{2}{3} of maximum velocity ∴ W_{eff} - \frac{2}{3} W_{eff} = F_{net}$
