Solution

If ${\vec{F}}_{1}$ is removed then $\vec{a} = \frac{{\vec{F}}_{2} + {\vec{F}}_{3}}{m} = \frac{- {\vec{F}}_{1}}{m} as {\vec{F}}_{1} + {\vec{F}}_{2} + {\vec{F}}_{3} = \vec{0}$
