$Let θ = true dip . ∴ tanθ = v / H$
$But \tan 45^{0} = \frac{V}{Hcos 30^{0}} \Rightarrow \frac{tanθ}{\cos 30^{0}} = \tan 45^{0} \Rightarrow θ = \tan^{- 1} (\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2})$
