i.e., $R_{\max} = A + B and R_{\min} = A - B$
If B = 1 and A = 4 then their resultant will lies in between 3 N and 5 N. It can never be 2 N.
If thee three vectors are represented by three sides of triangle then they form equilateral triangle.
