Will photo electron be emitted by a copper surface, whose threshold wave length is 2800 A0 when illuminated by visible light ?

The visible light has wavelength range from 3800 A0 to 7000 A0. These wavelengths are bigger than the threshold wavelength. Hence no photo electrons be emitted.
