Solution

Magnetic field produced by ${I_{1}}_{}$ is $\frac{μ_{0} I_{1}}{2 π r}$ and force experience by $I_{2}$ is $I_{2} l B$ but B is changing along the wire as it depends on the distance from $I_{1}$ . So force experience by $I_{2}$ has different magnitude at different point. So it will have a translational as well as a rotational motion also and it will have a clockwise rotation and simultaneously moves up.
