The given characteristic are of the class Amphibia. 

Tympanum is present in both amphibians (e.g., Ichthyophis, Salamandra, Rana, Bufo, Hyla) and reptiles (e.g., Testudo, Chelone, Calotes, Alligator). 

The skin of reptiles is dry and cornified, whereas amphibian skin is moist. 

Both amphibians and reptiles have two pairs of pentadactylous limbs (except for apodans and snakes). Ichthyophis is a limbless amphibian.
