In Human beings, at the end of 12 weeks(first trimester) of pregnancy, the following is observed :

Most of the major organ systems are formed by the end of 12 weeks.Early movements of foetus are evident around 20 weeks of human pregnancy. By the end of 24 weeks, eyelids separate and eyelashes are formed and the body is covered with fine hair.
