The isoelectric period (ST segment) following the QRS and ending at the beginning of the T wave is the time at which both ventricles are completely depolarised.
The PR segment is also isoelectric but the ventricles are yet to be depolarised during this period (recall that QRS complex represents ventricular depolarisation).
